We would like to share important information regarding on-site dining and access for guests staying during the New Year holiday period.
Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)
For guests who have booked a plan with meals: If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.
To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients during the New Year holidays, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.
Response Deadline: By 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before your stay.
※Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes to allergies or restricted ingredients after this deadline.
For Guests with Two-Meal (Half Board) Plans
■About Dinner Times
We plan to guide guests to their tables during the following time slots:
Dinner: 17:30 / 20:00
We will ask for your preferred time at check-in. Please note that if a time slot is fully booked, we may guide you to an alternative time. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have a preference in advance, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Regarding Access
Please refer to the link below for directions on the day of your arrival.
■ For Guests Visiting by Car
We have dedicated parking for each guest room. Please come to the Front Desk (OKI) Building at: 378 Ozu, Ozu City, Ehime Prefecture
Please note that snow or freezing roads are expected during this season. We strongly recommend equipping your vehicle with snow tires (studless tires). Highways may also be subject to traffic congestion or speed limits, so please allow ample time for your journey.
■For Guests Visiting by Train
We offer a shuttle service by reservation.
If you wish to use the shuttle, please request your preferred time by 20:00 on the day before your stay.
[Pick-up at Iyo-Ozu Station] 15:10 / 16:10 / 17:10
※Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to capacity limits, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred time.
Regarding Check-in
Regular check-in begins at 15:00. However, to alleviate congestion during the New Year period, we will accept check-in formalities starting from 12:00.
From 12:00 onwards, we can also store your luggage at the front desk, so please feel free to stop by before sightseeing.Please note that access to guest rooms will still be from 15:00 onwards.
