We would like to share important information regarding dining and other services for guests staying during the Obon period (August 8 – August 15).

Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important) 

For guests who have booked a plan including meals,
do you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions?
As this concerns your health and safety, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the details by 5:00 PM the day before.
Our chef prepares each dish with great care using local ingredients,
and we want you to enjoy your dining experience with peace of mind.
(Please note that we cannot accommodate major dietary changes on the day of arrival.)

To Guests with Children

We also offer meal options for children.
If you would like to request a child’s meal, please let us know by 5:00 PM the day before.
*Please note that same-day meal requests may not be available.
*All prices below include tax and service charge.

・Children’s Breakfast
　Japanese style: 1,650 yen (including tax and service charge)
・Children’s Dinner:
　1）Children’s Soup & Bread Set: 968 yen
　2）Children’s Soup & Rice Set: 968 yen
　3）Children’s Plate: 2,200 yen (including tax and service charge)
　　　(Soup, hamburger-centered one plate, dessert)
　4）Children’s Course: 3,300 yen (including tax and service charge)
　　　(Appetizer, soup, hamburger (planned), dessert, bread)

Regarding Check-in

Check-in is usually available from 3:00 PM,
but during the Obon period, check-in procedures can be completed from 12:00 PM to ease congestion.
We can also store your luggage at the front desk anytime after 12:00,
so please feel free to stop by before you head out for sightseeing.
Please note that guest rooms will be available for entry starting from 15:00. Thank you for your understanding.
