We would like to share important information regarding on-site dining and parking for guests staying during the Golden Week holiday period.
Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)
For guests who have booked a plan with meals:
If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.
To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.
Response Deadline: By 5:00 PM on the day before your stay.
※Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes to allergies or restricted ingredients after this deadline.
For Guests with Two-Meal (Half Board) Plans
■About Dinner Times
We plan to guide guests to their tables during the following time slots:
Dinner: 5:30 PM / 8:00 PM
We will ask for your preferred time at check-in. Please note that if a time slot is fully booked, we may guide you to an alternative time. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have a preference in advance, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Access Information
Please refer to the link below for directions on the day of your arrival.
■ By Car
We provide dedicated parking for each guest room. Please come to the Front Desk (OKI Building): 378 Ozu, Ozu City, Ehime. Our staff will then guide you to your parking space.
■By Train (Shuttle Service)
We offer a reservation-based shuttle service from the station. If you wish to use this service, please request your preferred time by 8:00 PM on the day before your stay.
【Pick-up from Iyo-Ozu Station】 3:10 PM / 4:10 PM / 5:10 PM
- Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and we may not be able to accommodate your preferred time depending on other bookings.
- As staff are arranged specifically for your reservation, please inform us in advance of any cancellations or changes.
Regarding Check-in
Regular check-in begins at 3:00 PM. However, to alleviate congestion during the New Year period, we will accept check-in formalities starting from 12:00PM.
From 12:00PM onwards, we can also store your luggage at the front desk, so please feel free to stop by before sightseeing.Please note that access to guest rooms will still be from 3:00 PM onwards.
